We perform a comprehensive assessment of both Variable and Fixed Operations, evaluating every department and every process that impacts dealership performance. This includes sales, finance, BDC, inventory management, acquisition strategy, desking processes, leadership effectiveness, service operations, advisor performance, technician productivity, customer retention, workflow management, and accountability systems.

Through observation, data analysis, employee interviews, and process mapping, we uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and areas where production is being limited. We identify what is preventing the dealership from reaching its full potential and create a clear roadmap for improvement.
